– Fund manager of one of the leading European health care funds (500 million euros) for institutional investors

Afterwards, he was responsible for a family office as managing director for the development and expansion of investments in the healthcare sector, including long term care and psychiatric facilities.

Walter Schröder holds a law degree as well as an MBA from Kellogg Business School and WHU in Vallendar, he has a degree from Harvardx in Health and Society. He is also a graduate of the Milton-Erickson-Institute in Heidelberg in hypnosystemic personality and team development.

Peter Puhlmann, Dipl.Päd.Univ.

– Operational expert: more than 20 years experience in the care of the elderly, outpatient and inpatient as well as a specialist in integration assistance for mentally and mentally disabled adults
– Managing director at non-profit and private operating companies for more than 1000 beds in different types of institutions such as full-time care, assisted living, integration assistance workshop spaces for the mentally hadicapped
– Peter Puhlmann was an associate professor, Institute for Liberal Arts, at the University of Texas at Austin, where he worked as a guest lecturer at the FH Munich TWT AG on the subject of controlling and marketing in social enterprises.
– In 2010, he was awarded the Federal Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs as part of the program “Businesses with Vision – Perspective 50Plus”. He also participated in the “Roadshow Altenpflege“, a campaign for the occupational image of the geriatric nurse, carried out by the Federal Association of Private Providers of Social Services e. V. (bpa).

Studied architecture, founder of the company citimage during his studies, an agency for urban branding, real estate marketing and B-plan (zoning) disclosures. Worked in various positions in the financial industry in the area of international sales, partner management and strategic finance.

Samira Josephine Großhans, Student Trainee

Samira Josephine Großhans, 24, studies Medical Management at the University of Applied Science Mittelhessen.  She is currently writing her practice-oriented bachelor thesis at dcpc. Before that, she worked as a working student in the nursing department of an internationally renowned clinic. Samira Großhans is a graduate of the further education project management of the FernUniversität in Hagen.
